.59 per square foot and up
Portable Carpet Cleaning:
.80 per square foot and up
Pet Urine Treatment: $35 per area
Upholstery:
$24.00 per linear foot, which includes olefin and nylon
Most synthetics, cotton, wool, and prints are $25.00 per linear foot
Unrefined cottons and other exotic fabrics are $30.00 per square foot
Tile, Porcelain, Ceramic:
$1.60 per square foot
Natural Stone:
$3.60 per square foot
Area Rugs: 8X10 or larger are 3.85 per square foot and up
Subsurface extraction for heavily soiled pet messes are $50.00 per area/room.
Minimum carpet cleaning job is $130.00 for truck mount, $150.00 for portable units.
